What you pay for and when
You pay for a specific order, not a vague promise that someone will look at the assignment later. The order form asks you to choose the paper type, subject, page count, deadline, and quality tier. Those choices define the job before payment.
There are 49 paper types across 110 subjects in the form. An essay is one of those options. Other assignment types sit in the same form, but this page is for the person who has already decided they need essay help and wants to know what happens after checkout.
The price is calculated live from paper type, page count, deadline, and quality tier. There is no separate prices page on this site. To check the number before you place an order, use the calculator.
A page means 275 words if you choose double spacing. It means 550 words if you choose single spacing. That difference matters. A 4 page double spaced essay is about 1,100 words. A 4 page single spaced essay is about 2,200 words, so it is not the same amount of work.
Deadlines start from 3 hours on short work. Longer work has longer limits. A dissertation can run to 20 days, 30 days, or 2 months. The order form controls what can be ordered at each deadline. Shorter deadlines allow fewer pages, and the form shows that before payment.
The charge happens when you place the order and complete payment. A writer is assigned once payment clears. The deadline starts then. If payment is still pending, the assignment has not started in the service process.
This is the part many buyers care about most. You should not have to pay first and learn second what the deadline means. The clock is tied to cleared payment, not to the moment you think about ordering, not to a draft left in the form, and not to an unpaid request.
After assignment, you can message the writer directly from your account. Use that thread for clarifications, files, and order related notes. If you like the writer’s work, you can request the same writer on later orders.
EssaysUniverse serves customers in the US, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

- Delivery of model and reference work, not a promise that you can submit it unchanged.
The included originality check means the paper is checked before it is delivered to you. It does not mean the service promises to beat a particular detector, because no academic writing service can honestly promise that. Detectors change. Instructors use different tools. The only honest promise here is that the paper is written from scratch and checked for originality before delivery.
The revision period starts after first delivery. For most essay orders, you have 14 days to ask for free revisions. For the longer project types named above, the period is 30 days. Keep revision requests tied to the original instructions, because a revision is not the same as ordering new pages, a different topic, or a new assignment after delivery.
Support is written. There is no published phone number, and the WhatsApp line takes chat rather than calls. Reach it only through the button on this site, because that link carries the brand’s own number. If someone telephones you, or messages from a number you found somewhere else and says they are handling your order, use the account thread or email support@essaysuniverse.com instead.
If it is late, wrong, or not what you asked for
Problems should be handled in writing so there is a record of what happened. Use the message thread inside your account first. You can also email support@essaysuniverse.com. Include the order number, the part of the instructions you believe was missed, and the delivery issue you want reviewed.
If the paper is late, ask support to review the timing against the deadline on the paid order. Remember how the clock works. A deadline starts after payment clears and a writer is assigned. If you chose a 6 hour deadline and payment cleared at 2:00 p.m., that timing is different from opening the form at 11:00 a.m. and paying later.
If the paper is wrong, explain the mismatch against the original instructions. For example, say that the order asked for double spacing and the delivered file is single spaced. Say that the form order was for 4 pages and the delivered file does not meet the ordered word count. Say that the instructions required three named sources and one of them is missing. Specific problems are easier to fix than a message that says the paper is bad.
If the work is not what you asked for, the first route is usually revision. Free revisions are available for 14 days after first delivery on standard work. The longer 30 day period applies to dissertations, theses, research proposals, thesis proposals, and dissertation chapters. A revision request should point to the original order, uploaded instructions, or agreed message thread notes.
There is a difference between correcting the order and changing it. If your original order was a 3 page essay on renewable energy in Australia, a revision can address missing instructions for that order. It is not the right way to turn the job into a 5 page essay on renewable energy in New Zealand with a new source list. That is new work.
Use the writer thread when the issue is a clarification or a correction the writer can address. Use support when the issue concerns timing, payment, delivery access, revision eligibility, or a disagreement about whether the order was followed. Keep everything in the account or email so the record is complete.
Do not wait until the revision period is over. Fourteen days is enough time to read a short essay and mark clear issues. It is not open ended. The 30 day period for the named long project types gives more reading time because those files are usually longer and more complex.
Refunds and disputes
A refund request is tied to the paid order. It covers the service issue you raise about that order, such as timing, delivery, or whether the work followed the instructions. It is reviewed through the written support route, using the order record, payment record, delivery record, and messages inside the account.
A refund request does not cover outside consequences. It does not cover a grade, a course result, tuition, scholarship decisions, bank charges, or time you spent on separate work. It also does not cover work you did not order. If the paid order was for 3 pages, the refund process is not a way to receive 5 pages.
Start with support if something is wrong. Send the order number and state the outcome you want reviewed. If the problem can be corrected within the revision terms, support may direct it into revision. If you believe the issue cannot be fixed through revision, say why in writing.
If the issue is not resolved through support, use the dispute policy. That page is the formal route for disagreements about an order. Use it instead of opening a second account, sending the same request in different places, or trying to move the order to an outside channel.
Disputes need evidence. The most useful evidence is already in the account if you kept the conversation there. Your order form choices, uploaded files, delivery time, writer messages, and support messages show what was requested and what was delivered. A short, clear dispute is stronger than a long message that does not identify the instruction that was missed.
Payment questions should also stay in writing. If a charge appears and you are not sure which order it belongs to, contact support@essaysuniverse.com from the email connected to your account. Do not send payment information through social media or to someone claiming to help outside the site.
What we do not do with your money or your details
You do not pay into a blank process. The order form shows the calculated price before payment, based on the choices you make. If the page count, deadline, paper type, or quality tier changes, the live calculation changes too. Check those fields before you pay.
EssaysUniverse does not publish a phone support line. Written support exists through email, the message thread inside your account, and the WhatsApp chat linked on every page. That may feel less instant than a call, but it protects the record of instructions, files, revisions, delivery time, and payment questions.
Keep the payment on the site. If someone asks for extra money away from the order form, tells you to leave the account thread, or contacts you from a number you did not get from this site, do not treat that as an official support route. Use support@essaysuniverse.com, your account, or the WhatsApp button here.
The service does not assign a writer before payment clears. It also does not start the deadline before cleared payment. This protects both sides from confusion about unpaid drafts, abandoned forms, and orders that were priced but never placed.
The site does not hide a different page price from you after checkout. The calculator and order form use the same pricing inputs. Paper type matters. Page count matters. Deadline matters. Quality tier matters. If you want to compare costs before creating the full order, start with the calculator.
Your order details should be limited to what the writer and support need to complete the work. Upload the assignment prompt, rubric, source requirements, formatting notes, and any instructor directions that affect the paper. Do not add personal data that is not needed for the order.
Use the same account for order messages. Splitting instructions across emails, account notes, and outside channels makes it harder to prove what was requested. The account thread gives one place for the writer to see what you asked and for support to review what happened.
Model and reference work
The delivered paper is model and reference work. That means it is meant to show a way the assignment can be approached, researched, structured, and cited. It is not sold as a file you should submit unchanged as your own work.
Use it as a study aid. Read the thesis. Check how the body paragraphs are arranged. Follow the source trail. Compare the model against your rubric and class notes. Then write your own submission in a way that follows your school’s rules.
This matters before you pay because the purpose of the order affects what you should expect. You are buying a custom academic model based on the instructions you provide. You are not buying a grade, course credit, instructor approval, or permission to ignore your institution’s policy.
Read the academic integrity page before ordering if you are unsure how to use the work. It explains the intended use more directly than a checkout page can. If your school has stricter rules, follow your school.
You can still ask for a paper that matches your assignment prompt as a reference model. Provide the rubric, formatting style, source rules, and any required reading. The writer can use those materials to prepare work that is useful for study. The more complete the instructions, the less guesswork is involved.
Do not ask support or the writer to promise that an instructor will accept the work as your own. Do not ask for a guarantee that a detector will return a particular score. Every paper is written from scratch and checked for originality before delivery, but academic use is still your responsibility.
If you want later help from the same writer, request that writer on a future order. Keep the next order separate and describe the new task in the form. A new assignment needs its own paper type, subject, page count, deadline, and quality tier, even if it builds on the same course topic.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for an essay after seeing the full price?
Yes. The order form calculates the price before payment based on paper type, page count, deadline, and quality tier. You can also use the calculator to check the cost before starting an order.
When does my essay deadline start?
The deadline starts after payment clears. A writer is assigned once the payment has cleared, not while an unpaid order is still pending. This matters most on short deadlines.
What happens if my essay is not what I asked for?
Use the message thread inside your account or email support@essaysuniverse.com. Free revisions are available for 14 days after first delivery, with 30 days for dissertations, theses, research proposals, thesis proposals, and dissertation chapters. Revisions are handled against the original order instructions.
Can I get a refund if there is a problem?
A refund request is reviewed through the service process and is tied to the paid order. It does not cover outside costs such as grades, course results, tuition, or bank charges. If support cannot resolve the issue, use the dispute policy.
Do I talk to the writer after payment?
Yes. After a writer is assigned, you can message that writer directly from your account. You can also request the same writer on later orders.
Is the essay ready to submit as mine?
No. The delivered paper is model and reference work. Use it for study, structure, research direction, and citation guidance, and read the academic integrity page before using any part of it.
