A page means 275 words if you choose double spacing. It means 550 words if you choose single spacing. That difference matters. A 4 page double spaced essay is about 1,100 words. A 4 page single spaced essay is about 2,200 words, so it is not the same amount of work.

Deadlines start from 3 hours on short work. Longer work has longer limits. A dissertation can run to 20 days, 30 days, or 2 months. The order form controls what can be ordered at each deadline. Shorter deadlines allow fewer pages, and the form shows that before payment.

The charge happens when you place the order and complete payment. A writer is assigned once payment clears. The deadline starts then. If payment is still pending, the assignment has not started in the service process.

The included originality check means the paper is checked before it is delivered to you. If it is late, wrong, or not what you asked for

Problems should be handled in writing so there is a record of what happened. Use the message thread inside your account first. You can also email support@essaysuniverse.com. Include the order number, the part of the instructions you believe was missed, and the delivery issue you want reviewed.

If the paper is late, ask support to review the timing against the deadline on the paid order. Remember how the clock works. A deadline starts after payment clears and a writer is assigned. If you chose a 6 hour deadline and payment cleared at 2:00 p.m., that timing is different from opening the form at 11:00 a.m. and paying later.

If the paper is wrong, explain the mismatch against the original instructions. For example, say that the order asked for double spacing and the delivered file is single spaced.
